The hammer embossed reflective aluminum sheet refers to an embossed aluminum sheet with hammer patterns and a polished surface. It combines advantages of both aluminum mirror sheet and embossed sheet, reflecting light in a zigzagging way. Surface Quality for Hammer Embossed Reflective Aluminum Sheet:
A.Horizontal difference: The lateral thickness difference between the embossed oxide board and the pattern is within 0.02mm.
B.Height of pattern: The height of the hammer pattern is between 0.11mm and0.15mm. Special heights can be customized.

All the alloys have relatively low strength in comparison with other series. 1xxx series of alloys are of the lowest hardness of all. Their manufacturing processes are simpler and maturer, so they cost less as well. 3xxx show harder strength and better corrosion resistance.
