Description
The raw materials of aluminum strip are pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast-rolled aluminum coils and hot-rolled aluminum coils. Thin aluminum coils of different thicknesses and widths are rolled by a cold rolling mill and then slit according to use.
Depending on the annealing state of the aluminum strip, the flexible aluminum strip can be made into a fully soft (o) state.
Advantages of flexible aluminum strips

2. It is relatively easy to weld, forge and deep draw, and has good deformability.
Applications of flexible aluminum strips
1. Aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors: Flexible aluminum strip is an important raw material for making electrolytic capacitors. Its high purity and good conductive properties have become the preferred material for making aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors.
2. Food packaging: Flexible aluminum strips can be made into thin, easy-to-open aluminum lids, which are used to seal various food packaging, such as chocolate, candy, milk, juice, etc.
3. Electroplated aluminum materials: Aluminum strips have good electrical and thermal conductivity and can be made into various electroplated aluminum materials, such as electroplated aluminum light poles, electroplated aluminum doors and windows, etc.
